At Laba Laba, pleasure and health are one and the same.

That’s why we’ve organized our sourcing so as to use only organic products wherever possible. This applies not only to fresh produce, but also to all the ingredients used in our cooking.

For fruit and vegetables, sourcing organic produce in Tanzania is a real challenge, as there are no labels. This means we have to be on the ground to monitor farms and ensure traceability.

Today, we can safely say that at least 80% of the produce we use is ‘Organic’ and, of course, we’ll do our utmost to reach 100% as soon as possible.
