In the hospitality industry, the quality and origin of ingredients are sometimes overlooked in favour of presentation. At Laba Laba, we take the opposite approach. Nature and wellbeing guide everything we do. The meals you enjoy on your safari are nourishing, wholesome and free from artificial ingredients. We want your experience to be unforgettable, and we also feel a responsibility toward your health.

 

To ensure the highest quality in our kitchens, we work closely with local farmers who provide complete traceability of their produce. We are proud that 80 percent of the ingredients we serve are organic, and we are working to reach 100 percent as soon as possible.

To accompany your meals, we offer a curated selection of organic wines. By 2026, we plan to expand this range with exceptional bottles from France and South Africa.
